1999年以来、アメリカ国内外を問わず幅広く作品を発表している。ロサンゼルス現代美術館のためのアニメーション・プロジェクトや、ハマー美術館のための家具のコミッションワークを手がける。彼女の作品は、SFMOMA、ヘンリー・アート・ギャラリー、ポートランド美術館のパーマネント・コレクションに収蔵されている。オレゴン州ポートランドとカリフォルニア州トパンガに在住。

Johanna Jackson has exhibited her work widely throughout the United States and abroad since 1999.
She has created animation projects for the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles and furniture commissions for the Hammer Museum. Her works are part of the permanent collections of SMOMA, the Henry Art Gallery, and the Portland Art Museum. She lives between Portland, Oregon, and Topanga, California.
